“We started in 2015 when we noticed how well we together on EU projects. Soon after, we established Key consulting and equipped our own counselling office with incentives for self-employment. Today there are three of us in the company.
The hardest part is the beginning when you have to fight for the first reference. Our first projects were with a young farmer and the municipality of Vižinada.
Now, we have over 100 projects with farmers, entrepreneurs and the public sector, helping the to contract over 30 million euros.

Key consulting d.o.o. is a consulting company based in Poreč and with an office in Kaštelir, specializing in consulting in the field of European funds and national aid, business consulting, planning and management, and consulting related to financing.
Strict rules and procedures that prescribe the manner of submitting project applications and other funding requirements require great precision and meticulousness.
Nevertheless, they submitted more than 100 project applications, none of which were rejected during the administrative control and eligibility control procedures of the applicant, project and expenditure.
